They must have a pre-arranged visa or a pre-approval to enter;<br>nationals of Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (Peoples Rep.), Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Isl., Spain, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, Uruguay and Vatican City (Holy See), passengers with a British passport with nationality &#8220;British Citizen&#8221; and passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport, traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH);<br>Nationals of India with a visa issued by the USA or with a residence permit issued by USA, from United Kingdom or an EU Member State traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH);<br>Passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a resident visa;<br>Passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a tourist visa issued by Abu Dhabi. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Passengers who in\nthe past 14 days have been in or transited through South Africa are not allowed\nto enter and transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Passengers arriving\nat Dubai (DXB) \/ Any Flights to Dubai are subject to medical screening, and\nmust download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Passengers\ntraveling as tourists arriving at Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have health\ninsurance even in having dubai tour packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Residents of United\nArab Emirates with a residency visa issued in Dubai returning to Dubai (DXB)\nmust have a GDRFA approval obtained before departure on\nhttps:\/\/tinyurl.com\/ReturnPermitServiceForm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Residents of United\nArab Emirates must have an ICA approval obtained at https:\/\/uaeentry.ica.gov.ae\nbefore departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; This does not apply to passengers returning flights to Dubai (DXB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Passengers entering\nDubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) as tourists visa or having tour package must\nhave a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR\ntest result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of\nthe last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The certificate must be in\nArabic or English and must be issued by an approved lab listed on\nhttps:\/\/screening.purehealth.ae or a lab accredited by the departure country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; This does not apply\nto nationals of United Arab Emirates, passengers arriving from Bahrain, Kuwait,\nOman, Qatar or Saudi Arabia. If they arrive without a negative Coronavirus\n(COVID-19) PCR test result, they are subject to a PCR test and quarantine upon\narrival; passengers younger than 12 years; passengers with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Passengers\nentering United Arab Emirates from the United Kingdom (Travel from London to\nDubai ) are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival and\nquarantine until the result is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. Passengers\nentering Abu Dhabi (AUH), Al Maktoum (DWC), Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) could\nbe subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test and quarantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. Airline crew\narriving at Abu Dhabi (AUH) could be subject to medical screening and\nquarantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. Visa on arrival\nfacilities at Abu Dhabi (AUH) restarted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16. Expired residence\npermits issued by the United Arab Emirates that have been extended until December\n2020 are accepted for entry. Passengers must present proof of the extended\nvalidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17. Passengers with a\nresidence permit issued by the United Arab Emirates are allowed to stay abroad\nlonger than 180 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18. Nationals of Korea\n(Rep.) traveling under the Fast Track program must have an Isolation Exemption\nCertificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19. Passengers are\nallowed to transit Abu Dhabi (AUH) for maximum 12 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20. Nationals of\nNigeria must have a return flight tickets, and a hotel booking or proof of\naccommodation address for the period of intended stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; This does not apply\nto passengers with a resident visa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21. Passengers\narriving at Sharjah (SHJ) must download the ALHOSN App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22. Flights from South\nAfrica are suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23. Passengers\nentering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) must have a printed medical\ncertificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test\nmust have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct\nflight to United Arab Emirates.
